Wherever You May Go; Take Him with You

Use His Word today and apply it to each part of your day. . .

Waking up

"The Sovereign LORD has given me a well-instructed tongue,
to know the word that sustains the weary.
He wakens me morning by morning,
wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed." (Isaiah 50:4)

Getting dressed

"Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh." (Romans 13:14)

In your car

"Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
 Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs." (Psalm 100:1-2)

At work or school

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." (Colossians 3:23-24)

At home

". . .But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD." (Joshua 24:15)

When you lay your head down at night

"Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up." (Luke 18:1)

"We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing.  Therefore, among God’s churches we boast about your perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trials you are enduring." (2 Thessalonians 1:3-4)

He will never leave you nor forsake you.  So, never leave Him nor forsake Him.  Be with Him always and allow the Holy Spirit to guide your life.

God, thank you for another day.  Thank You for your Holy Spirit to guide me through each part of my day.  Join me today and let us have a great day together.  I love You.

Keep praying harder than the devil can work.
